How long does printing take?
Our fast 3D printing service delivers quality results quickly. Most small to medium parts (under 100cm³) take just 4-12 hours to print. Larger or complex models may take 1-3 days. We'll provide an estimated completion date when you submit your quote request.
What's the maximum size you can print?
Our professional FDM printers can handle builds up to 340mm x 320mm x 340mm (approximately 13.4" x 12.6" x 13.4"). For larger projects, we can print in multiple parts that you can assemble together.
Do you offer design services?
Currently, we focus on printing customer-provided designs. However, we can make minor adjustments to your files to ensure printability. For custom design work, we recommend using platforms like Fiverr to find professional 3D designers.
What about shipping and returns?
We ship via USPS or UPS depending on size and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code. Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, we don't accept returns unless there's a printing defect or damage during shipping.
